Ahhh the weather’s getting cooler everyday and we’re all loving it. I‘m spending a lot of time in the backyard, wishing this breezy autumn thingie lasts longer.

And more postcards came in the mail! I got 3 more from Princess Gwenie and one from Shawneeshep. As you can see I wasted no time sending her our address after reading her comment on my previous post. heheheh

 

But how did she know mommy likes lighthouses?

 

She must be a clairvoyant or something…

 

Can you see the pretty lighthouse? Sandy Hook Lighthouse. It’s the oldest lighthouse operating in the US, the card says. How cool is that? See mommy found this cool site lighthousefriends.com a few years ago and ever since then she’s been dreaming of going on lighthouse trip someday.

Postcard from Princess Gwenie!

I got a postcard today! it’s from my twitter pal, Princess Gwenie!!! How sweeeeeeet! Thanks Gwenie!

 

She lives in AZ (like us!) but she went on the road trip!                   It says O-h-i-o.  Hey, isn’t that where Brewskiebutt is?

 

We love getting postcards from friends! This is the second one! Remember Frugaldougal sent me one via royal mail?

                             Pebbles was pouting….

                                    So I told her it was addressed to both of us!

OMD it’s true! I see my name! It says she misses us both!

                                  She misses us both! she misses us both!                                    hmm maybe I shouldn’t have told her…

   Mom…when are we going on a road trip? It’s been a while…

                                       I really really wanna go on a road trip…*sigh*                               Cheer up, brother… we will someday…

Pebbles not limping anymore!!!

Pebbles went to the vet today (I stayed hom alone…*sniffles*) The vet lady took the soft splint off her leg and declared it looked a lot better. When she came home she was not limping! Yayyyyyyyy!!!

Dad got us some cheeseburgers to celebrate. Yippeeeeee thanks Pebbles! heheheh

Still no walkie for her for the time being. Nope. Gotta be careful.

Pawpawty prize from George the Duck

September ‘Down on the Farm’ pawpawty was another great one! I’d won a contest sponsored by George the duck. Yesterday I got a package from him!

What a pawsome package! I love the bark bar! I shared it with my sister, of course. :o)

 

His name is Robert. Robert the Mallard. Isn’t he the coolest?

   

I love his voice too! I played with him all night long! Thanks so much, George!!!

Cute huh? I put the captions and my piggy pal Pete. :o) Shawnee made many other anipals cool costumes too! She’s so sweet. And funny. Have you seen her blog yet? One of my favorite!!!

 

The day before the pawpawty Pebbles hurt her leg. She was running at the park (like crazy as usual) and all of a sudden couldn’t use her left rear leg. Mom panicked and we went to emergency vet. No fracture. Probably cruciate ligament. Mom stayed up all night reading up on it, tearing her hair out.

She saw our vet last Friday and got that soft splint on her leg. It looks kinda funny. We’re hoping she recovers and no surgery needed…
